Music is a very important part of Trinity and our worship services.

Only our very best is a worthy gift for God and that is why we rehearse.

Trinity Sanctuary Choir enjoys the status as being an excellent choir in the Frankfurt area. Weekly musical offerings in worship, regular classical concerts and consistent invitations to appear at various important Frankfurt events have all given the choir a solid reputation as an exceptional choir with members that accept nothing less from themselves than their very best for the glory of God. Worshipers and audience-members alike have come to anticipate wonderful sacred music whenever and wherever Trinity's Sanctuary Choir sings. The multi-cultural choir rehearses Wednesday evenings from 19.00-21:30 in the Sanctuary (Fall/Winter in Utatu-Room) and currently enjoys a current membership of about 15-20 singers.

Trinity Primary Choir and Trinity Youth Choir are project choirs that rehearse for special worship services such as Trinity’s annual “Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols” (held on the 4th Sunday of Advent), Holy Week services (including Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday) and occasional other special events. Trinity’s primary choir is for children in grades 1-4 and Trinity’s youth choir is for children and youth in grades 5-12. The choirs each sing individual anthems, but also jointly and occasionally with the Sanctuary Choir.

Trinity Sanctuary Ringers is Trinity’s 2 -octave handbell choir. The handbells lead music in worship about six times a year, and offer preludes, postludes, offering and communion music. They also enhance congregational hymns and choral anthems with handbell descants and accompaniments. They take part in the annual Advent Vespers Service held every year on the third Saturday in Advent at Alte Nikolai Kirche in Frankfurt.

The group occasionally holds workshops to deepen the members’ ringing skills and to show interested potential members what it is like to participate in a handbell choir.  No musical background or handbell experience is necessary.
